Our Meals
Meals are able to accommodate vegetarian (limited) but do not have alternatives for celiac or gluten sensitivities. Meals may be subject to change, but tentatively include
Breakfast
Ranch buffet including: eggs, biscuits & gravy, buttermilk pancakes, hash browns, sausage, fresh fruit, homemade granola, and yogurt. The buffet includes coffee, tea, and juice.
Lunch
Thursday: Ranch BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato & roasted turkey on a grilled sourdough bread), side of chips, roasted red potatoes or coleslaw, green salad, and a choice of coffee or tea.
Friday: Trail Boss: Thin sliced, slow-roasted tri tip sandwich with melted cheese, served grilled, side of chips, roasted red potatoes or coleslaw, green salad, and a choice of coffee or tea.
Saturday: Soup, salad, sandwich buffet: Chef’s choice of homemade soup, tossed salad with dressings Roast beef, turkey or ham with a variety of artisan’s bread grilled.
Dinner
Thursday: Baked Beef or Vegetable Lasagna, salad, side dish, vegetable, and dessert.
Friday: Tuscany Chicken (Grilled chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, and a cream sauce; served on a bed of orzo), salad, side dish, vegetable, and dessert.
Snacks: Muffins, scones, or banana bread, fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, cheese sticks
